Privacy policy

This policy explains how LuckyGem Go (luckygem-go.bet) handles visitors' personal data, in line with the GDPR and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection.

Controller and what we collect

The data controller is LuckyGem Go's editor; privacy queries can be sent through the site's contact form. We collect technical browsing data (IP, browser, pages viewed, traffic source) via cookies, and any data you voluntarily provide through forms (name, email). We don't collect credentials or financial data from gambling operators: that's handled exclusively on the operator's own platform, unrelated to this site.

Cookies and legal basis

Technical cookies are necessary for basic site function (remembering your language) and need no consent. Analytics cookies do require consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie notice or your browser, as easily as you gave it. We process your data based on your consent for analytics, the editor's legitimate interest in improving the site, and compliance with applicable legal obligations for editorial activity.

Affiliate links

This site includes affiliate links to gambling operators. Clicking a sign-up or deposit button redirects you to a third-party site via a tracking link; that redirect shares no personal data beyond standard traffic-attribution parameters. Once on the operator's site, their own privacy policy applies, independent of this one.

Retention and security

Analytics cookie data is kept for up to 13 months; contact-form data for as long as active communication continues, and for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact. We apply HTTPS encryption, access controls and regular backups, reviewed as sector standards evolve. This site doesn't make automated decisions with legal effects on users.

Your rights

Exercise these through the contact form, stating the right you want and attaching an ID document if needed; we respond within the one-month legal deadline. If you believe we haven't handled your data correctly, you can complain to Spain's Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Minors, transfers and processors

This site isn't aimed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data. Some analytics providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. External providers we use act as data processors under our instructions and may only use data for the purposes we assign them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or site changes; the last-modified date appears at the bottom of every page.
